- Every person eats an average of 3-5 lbs of food per day. Asking a doctor to prescribe you a tiny pill to control your sugar is like asking Mike Tyson to fight me in a boxing rink. I am Filipino so I can say, Manny Pacquiao challenging me in boxing.
- Usual appointment time is 15-20mins per visit. The rest of your time is spent on your day to day lives. A physician will try to impart knowledge than can be applied to daily lives. IT is up to you to implement it.
- Passive consumption can lead to inaction. No matter how much knowledge, prescription, guidelines have been shared, we still have to do the action. Sometimes, thinking about how hard it can be to control diseases can be paralyzing. Most of the time, overanalyzing leads to continuous suffering when we can be proactive and start reversing our chronic illnesses.
- Doctors are not mind readers. You will have 60000 thoughts per day, mostly negative. And you usually recycle negative thoughts. These are out of your doctor’s control. On the course that I am offering, I can explain this in more detail.
- Success in reversing a disease is not a one time deal. It is a continuous process that should lead to habits and changes for better health. There will be bumps for sure but navigating these bumps are part of the journey to wellness.
